All registration can be completed through this website, although you will be redirected to the US Lacrosse website if your child's US Lacrosse membership is not valid through the end of the 2019 season, which is Sunday, June 10th

2019 Season Key Dates

March 4 - First Day of Youth Practices

March 16 - Youth Preseason Scrimmage Day

April 6 - Frist Day of Youth Games - Reno

April 13 - First Day of Youth Games - Tahoe

June 8 & 9 - Youth Championship Weekend

Some key changes for the 2019 youth season

Later start date for youth competition: youth games will begin on Sat., April 6 for Reno area teams and on Sat., April 13 for Tahoe basin teams.

  • Allows Mother Nature to (hopefully) get those spring snowstorms out of her system, and gives reasonable practice windows to both Reno and Tahoe teams, even in the event of weather cancellations

Youth Jamboree replaced with Scrimmage Day to be held at supersites

  • Allows for team scrimmages, officials’ training, AND a preseason dress rehearsal for our supersites

Youth Season ends one week later

  • Allows more breathing room in the schedule in the event of weather cancellations and/or the addition of teams

NEW 6U program

The Tribe will be offering a 6U program this season. Girls and Boys ages 4 through 6.

To qualify for this age bracket, a player must have been under 6 years of age as of 8/31/18.

For players born between 9/1/12 – 8/31/14

The plan is for 6 Saturday sessions. Roughly One-hour long.

Parents will stay with their kids and learn the game together.

  • Saturday Dates: April 13, April 27, May 4, May 11, May 18, June 1.

June 8/9 is the youth tournament at Bishop Manogue. 6U may have have a 'game' that day. Stay Tuned

4/27 & 5/18 are Truckee Supersite days at Riverview. Plan on sticking around to watch some of the other youth games scheduled for those days.

Registration Fees:

$50, plus $30 US Lacrosse Youth Player Annual Membership

(includes pinney, sticker and Warp Youth lacrosse stick)

Additional 6U Information:

Warp Youth Lacrosse Stick (included in $50 fee)

The Warp sticks require no maintenance or adjustment unlike all other available lacrosse sticks.  Having a stick that is ready for play right off the shelf with no break-in or adjustment is critical to your child’s success and FUN factor.

Mouth guard (please make sure it is molded prior to first practice)

Cleats (recommended but not required)

Play will be with soft lacrosse balls
